Return & Exchange

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled if the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched then, it cannot be canceled.


Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return you must meet the following criteria

  • If an incorrect order has been delivered to you.
  • In case of watches, if the item is broken or not functional
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.
  • If the product is lost in the delivery process and doesn’t reach to you, you can contact us and claim another of the same item.
  • Cosmetics and perfumes will only be returned if they are not opened and in original packaging.


Refunds will be processed within 3 days, after your items are received at Trendify's warehouse.  

Please note: it may take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. Your refund will be credited to the same card/bank account used when the order was placed. If we are unable to do this (i.e. the card is declined, cancelled or has expired), please contact Customer Service and we will refund you through a bank transfer.

Return Shipping Label

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support to get a return label.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. The return label will contain the address on which the item has to be delivered. And you need to paste the return label on the parcel.

We will take care of all shipment cost in case of returns, the return label is prepaid by us and contains our address. 

You can ship the goods in the package the goods came in, or any other suitable packaging. Then attach the return label to the outside of the package and then close your return package properly.

You do not have to pay anything - the return costs we have already paid! Just keep in mind that you always save your receipt, it's mandatory to have if you need to contact us later on your return.

Returns and Exchanges

After we have received your valid return, we will send you a notification email that we have received your returned item. If you meet the returns criteria then your return will be accepted otherwise it will be rejected.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following alternatives within a reasonable time: 

  • an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, 
  • or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
